Atty. Juna May F. Yanoyan, CPA is a highly skilled professional and known for her dual qualifications as a CPA-Lawyer. She is a Certified Public Accountant since 2014. She passed the Philippine Bar Examinations in 2020-2021 and was officially admitted to the Philippine Bar on May 30, 2022.

Atty. Yanoyan lends her valuable expertise and experience in Philippine taxation, business formation, government regulatory compliance, corporate law, and intellectual property. Her proficiency extends to consulting across various legal domains, including property, obligations and contracts, labor, immigration, and family law.

Atty. Yanoyan started the firm to provide competent, reliable, and professional services to everyone. On May 2022, she joined MN LAW as an Associate Lawyer. She has since practiced both law and accountancy with ease and confidence.

Atty. Yanoyan selflessly contributes to society by providing various trainings to professionals and students in the community and by sponsoring special causes such as Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA) sponsorships. She also started a children’s Christmas party and gift-giving tradition during the holidays. Moreover, Atty. Yanoyan is an active member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) as well as the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP).
